About returns and exchanges

Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without contacting us. If you receive a return or exchange, please return it within 14 days from the delivery date. (Please note that if 14 days have passed and we have not received your return, we will not be able to accept it.)
If the size does not fit or it is different from the image, etc., it will be returned or exchanged at the customer's convenience.

[About exchanges]

Items that can be exchanged are basically exchanges of the same size and color.
(If contacting us by email, please write "Exchange" in the subject line.)
The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. As soon as we receive the product, we will ship the replacement product. In the case of an exchange due to the customer's convenience, we may send the item by cash on delivery. If the product cannot be returned or the condition of the product deteriorates due to an accident during return shipping, we may not be able to accept your return.

[About returns]
Please email us the item and reason you would like to return it. (If contacting us by email, please write "Return" in the subject line.)
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. If the product cannot be returned or the condition of the product deteriorates due to an accident during return shipping, we may not be able to accept your return.
If you return an item, the points for that item will automatically expire.

[About refunds]
The refund amount will be the product price excluding shipping costs.
If you have not paid the shipping cost when shipping the product, it may be deducted from the refunded product price.

[Exchange of defective product, etc.]
About the product We carefully inspect and ship items under the utmost care, but in the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy in your order or a defective item, we will exchange or refund your order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days. If we have it in stock, we will send you a new product without defects. All fees incurred in this case will be borne by our company. (If the replacement product is not in stock, it will be returned to you.)

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer must pay shipping costs. Specific shipping charges are based on the courier you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer will not have to pay the shipping costs for this reason.
